This is a legally binding contract between The Client (hereafter known as You) and Mr. Overon's Tarot Reading Services (hereafter known as Mr. Overon). You are held liable for any services that are rendered or employed by contacting Mr. Overon. This page is provided in an attempt to outline the Terms of Services, and the rights/responsibilities that you assume by engaging Mr. Overon for services. This page, and Terms of Service may be updated at anytime without prior notification. It is best to bookmark this page by pressing CTRL+D on PC and adding it to your bookmark folder. In Safari click on 'Bookmarks' on the toolbar, then select 'Add Bookmark' from the drop down menu. On the menu that appears name the bookmark and then click 'Add'.
By engaging in any services offered by Mr. Overon you are under contract with Mr. Overon and are responsible for any and all moneys owed. You agree to pay these fees via PayPal financial services, a free service that allows you to pay and be paid via electronic deposit or withdrawal from your bank or financial institution. All monies and service fees accrued through using their service is not associated or eligible for reimbursement on Mr. Overon's part.
Alternative forms of payment (Hereafter known as AP) must be cleared and agreed upon by both parties, and documentation showing such must be submitted before services can be rendered.
You understand that by using the Booking Schedule, or scheduling an appointment that you are obligated to pay a cancellation fee of $20.00 if you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice. A weekend cancellation fee of $50.00 maybe be applied as weekend appointments are worked on special schedules. Phone appointment cancellation/no call fees of $10.00 may be applied across the board if call is not cancelled 2hrs prior to reading, regardless of weekday or weekend service hours. Failure to pay these fees can and will result in legal action as it will constitute breach of contract. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Mr. Overon.
You understand that by paying the Booking Fee as outlined on the respective page is a non-refundable payment and may not be requested back for any reason, including but not limited to conflict of schedule, inability to show or attend, medical reasons (within reason), transportation issues, ect . It is at the discretion of Mr. Overon to reschedule a reading time but is not mandatory, and may be done out of courtesy. All payments will be issued an electronic invoice from PayPal services or by AP methods, and will be emailed to the address given at the time of registration. Only one copy will be sent out. You further more understand that the services offered by Mr. Overon are classified as Entertainment Purposes only. However, your personal belief in the mystical and divine are yours and yours alone. Your understanding or interpretation of the reading or information given and how it relates to your question or situation is purely subjective.
You may have in attendance any guest that you wish. However, only your reading will be honored unless they too pay the reading and booking or AP fee.
These services are recommended for persons 18 years or older unless accompanied by an adult who can verify their age by valid state issued id. Services rendered to persons under the age of 18 or by persons possessing fake or misleading documentation can be prosecuted under Washington State Law, or their local State Law and Ordinances.
You may not use any screen name given to you or created by you or another user to contact Mr. Overon without appointment or prior emailed approval. Doing so may result in a mandatory Unscheduled Consultation Fee of $15.00, in which your PayPal or Credit/Debit card or AP will be charged. Failure to pay this debt will result in debt being sent to collections. *HOWEVER, you may email or use the screen name to inquire about services, at which time service appointment times will be arranged. Any questions that are asked that require a reading (example "....so what is Tony thinking about me?" "....is the spell working?" "....when will I hear from her?") could be considered for the Unscheduled Consultation Fee. You will be asked if you want a reading before this fee is applied, if you deny the reading but continue to ask questions that are 'readable' in nature, you will be charged.
You may not record, copy, screen shot, or otherwise transmit any transcript copies of the following but not limited to: chat windows, text messages, voicemail, voice messages, emails etc. between you and Mr. Overon. In order to receive a copy of these, you must submit a written request to Mr. Overon. And you must make your intentions to do so known prior to scheduling or conducting a reading. Failure to do is a direct violation of this Terms of Agreement.
You may not slander, post anything negative, damaging, and or business altering statements, images, or the like about Mr. Overon, the reading/services you were provided, or any combination thereof. Doing so is a clear violation of this TOS and legal action can and will be followed.
Mr. Overon is not held responsible for any services rendered via Skype or other Instant Messenger service, as they subject to their own laws and by laws. Any damage caused to any electrical device due to the download, installation or use of 3rd party software, Mr. Overon will not and can not be held liable.
Information obtained during service may not be used as (but not limited to) medical advice, financial judgment, persecution, admission of innocence or guilt, etc. Information that is giving during a session, either live or virtual, is done so on Opinion Bases and may not be use as professional / medical advice. Any attempts to use information to extort for purposes of but not limited to financial gain, incrimination, or black mail is strictly prohibited, and Mr. Overon will not be held countable for any actions taken by You in any case involving aforementioned.
Mr. Overon has the right to inform but not mandated or required to inform any official to actions that You are planning to undertake as a result of services rendered. Exceptions may be made if You are to cause life threatening harm or damage to property. Mr. Overon will not be held responsible for any such actions as they are devices of Free Will.
Purchases of Gift Certificates will be honored up to 30 days of purchase, after which point it is at Mr. Overon's discretion to uphold their value. Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash value. Gift Certificates will not cover Booking Fees, or Group Readings. Gift Certificates are created in coded order and saved to a database with the purchasers information. Any person attempting to use a Falsely Generated Gift Certificate will be reported to local authorities, and a fine of $100 dollars may be added to your charges.
Mr. Overon has the right to refuse service to any person or persons they see fit. Mr. Overon will at their discretion accept alternative forms of payment, IE Check or Postal Money Order. A surcharge of $15 may be added to these forms of payment. You hereby agree to not hold Mr. Overon liable for any legal or financial charges, and further more agree not to hold responsible or liable for any damage or harm caused to You or your property during attendance of any services preformed by Mr. Overon. Furthermore, you agree that by paying any invoice provided to you either electronic or physical or payment issued electronically or physically is admission of services rendered and will only be refunded at the discretion of Mr. Overon.
LINKING TO MY SITE
You may link to my home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it, but you must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. I use Tarot as a device to help querents reflect on their current situation. I regard reading Tarot as a form of spiritual counseling in which I help querents understand themselves and their lives better, so that they can make the best choices for themselves to shape their future courses of action. I do not believe Tarot can “predict” the future, nor do I rely on “psychic” skills to read Tarot. The cards are a starting point for a conversation between me and the querent, and throughout, the querent remains in complete control of his or her life, choices, and the consequences thereof.
I will serve the best interests of my clients, conducting my professional activities without causing or intending to cause harm.
I will treat all my clients with equal respect, regardless of their origin, race, religion, gender, age, or sexual preference.
I will keep confidential the names of clients and all information shared or discussed during readings, unless otherwise requested by the client or required by a court of law.
I will recommend clients consult a licensed professional for advice of a legal, financial, medical, or psychological nature that I am not qualified to provide. I am not a qualified health professional or licensed psychotherapist. Any advice given is based solely on opinion and has no legal/medical/professional clout or standing.
I will respect my clients’ right to refuse or terminate their reading at any time, regardless of prior consent. However, any monies exchanged for services will not be returned.
I reserve the right to discuss insights into the cards that come about in a reading, as long as those insights are presented without identifiable client information attached.
I will read to the best of my ability, and will honestly admit when I cannot interpret part of a reading. This is not merit of my personal reading abilities or lack of 'connection' to the querent. I will explain what I see in the cards and explain to the best of my abilities what they mean. It is up to the querent to understand these meanings at a later time.
Age limit: I will not read Tarot for an individual under the age of 18 without parental consent. (If I have previously received parental consent for the minor to study with me or receive religious instruction with me, and the parents knew at the time that I read Tarot as part of my spiritual practices, that will count as parental consent.)
I am an Ordained Minister through The Universal Life Church of Modesto California. That being said, I can only operate within the boundaries of the law and can not preform any medical procedure as I am not a trained medical professional. However, I can and will preform wedding including State permitted same sex marriages, Last Rites, and other church sanctioned services.
I will cast spells for any reason. That being said, it must be understood that magic works on the path of least resistance. I can not guarantee that they will work or will work within a certain time frame, even though I may quote a time period of 2 - 3 weeks. Typically it has been my experience in casting spells for myself that they begin working in that time frame, but realistically it could take longer (months or years) or never happen. Also understand that Karmatic retribution will come back to you 3 fold, even though I am casting the spell, because I have been employed by you thus it is your will that I am enacting. As a spell caster, I hand write each spell to reflect the specific needs of the querent, which is then cast and sent out into the universe. I do not maintain copies of any spell that i create so I can not resend you a copy should you lose it. Also I can not be held responsible or liable for any spell that has or has not worked.
I am honest with what I say and do. I do not tell fallacies to make your readings better or worse. I tell it how I see it. If you don't agree with my reading, understand that is your opinion and what I am reading is my interpretation of the situation.
